Sajal Kumar is an Executive Director - Investment Banking with Spark and will lead the BFSI vertical. He comes to us with over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Alternate Investing and Corporate Strategy. He joins us from DAM Capital where he led and covered their Technology & Financial Services practices.
Prior to this, he was associated with Vayana Network responsible for Corporate Development, M&A, Investor Relations and Fund-raising. In his earlier stints, he has worked with Edelweiss Financial Services and SBI Capital Markets in the Investment Banking division focusing on Technology & Financial Services sectors. He has also worked at Peepul Capital and ICICI Venture.
He has completed MBA in Finance from S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai and B.E. in Electrical from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
